When Frap Tools first unveiled their new Magnolia polysynth at the SuperBooth25 eight months ago, it quickly made waves in the synth community. Not only was it the Italian brand's first keyboard synthesizer after over a decade in the modular world, but it also marked a noticeable new development in the analog poly space with its integrated analog TZFM and wavefolding capabilities, making the dream of expansive polyphonic analog "West Coast" synthesis available in the form of a dedicated keyboard synth product for the first time ever.

After a lengthy development and manufacturing period, the Magnolia is now due to hit the store shelves and Frap Tools have released an accompanying hour-long tutorial video that goes over every knob and function of the Magnolia - an essential watch if you are interested in this synth at all! For more background on the Magnolia, we also recommend the interview we did with Frap Tools' demo expert Giovanni last year.

Sonic State have also made a first showcase video of the Magnolia on their visit to the recent Buchla & Friends event that you can find below. And of course we are also already anticipating an influx of various SynthTuber videos featuring the Magnolia over the coming weeks and months!

To find out more about Magnolia, you can visit the Frap Tools website and see its product listing over at SchneidersLaden.
