Komatoeses Geballer

Wouter_dancingThe sounds of a little roland from china can be modified with dutch pedals to something that could be better or not, but at least you have better knobs and the stuff is made somewhere over here. The inventors are simple human beings dancing around with their own sounds on the Namm in this video. We better all do the same.

Tiptop Milstein in the big city

tiptop_sequencermodulGur Milstein alias Tiptop Audio was the first one we met showing his stuff on the big city booth once we could enter the NAMM today. I directly tried to make a video myself that you can see here now. There is no cuts, no pro on the show but you can have a little impression on what Gur is proud on at the time.

Pittsburgh Systems

For quite affordable money Pittsburgh Modular is offering different cases now, that we will get on board for sure, they look good and include some complete systems to get started with very well.

NAMM show !

p2I will be going to the NAMM show meeting some of our friends in the USA with new and good old products hopefully. Probably soon i will be able to forward an update to you on this site about what I could see there. Thank you for your patience.

Bananalogue Serge VCS

dsc_0012If we trust our most experienced buddy with serge stuff from Hamburg, both – The VCS by Bananalogue and the Maths by makenoise – are nothing compared to the original Serge VCS, but at least for the price it makes sense to check them both. The design of the latest version of the Bananalogue is not making everybody happy, but the maths is not less special. The Bananalogue is officially licensed, both models are still short on production as far as I know.

Namm was nice..

having_fun_on_nammThis namm was a very nice time and we want to say thank you to all the manufacturers and inventors that we met there for doing it.  Paul and I recovered a bit and in between we could put together what we seen and heard about to give you an impression. I will upload this step by step hoping for your patience.

..na..? who is the ones on the pic? Send all four names in (as a comment) and you will win a free doepfer patch-cable and a DIY-LFO by analogue solutions if you are the first ten out of them – good luck !!

Rogers Bigcities music..

sbmeetswmdRoger Cordell alias Big city music had a smaller stand upstairs that was totally crowded with stuff from our friends from jomox, sherman, Eric Barbour, Eowave, the surfin step sequencer, the tetra sequencer, racks with analogue systems only, several mellotrones, a lot of stomp boxes and interesting small stuff. With all those manufacturers standing in front of their units it was totally crowded mostly but a bit lost in between all those software sellers next to them.
Here we met the symphatic young guys of WMD alias William Matthewson, Eric Barbour, many friends from europe and the inventor of the 4ms modules and pedals called Dann Green. Definitely we will go with them soon after such a symphatic chat we had there.

South California ..

HerrSchulz und HerrSchneider join the NAMM show in south californiadsc_0081 and enjoy the weather. Please watch out for the news to follow now. ON three different booths three different shops are showing what they have: Analogue Haven, Noisebug and Big city music are the american shops competing each other. We visited all of them meeting all of our friends unfortunately in those different places apart from each other.
