“Let’s go beyond the maximum!” Ken MacBeth and T.Raumschmiere

It’s video time! Don’t miss this indescribable and beautiful contemporary document!

Here is what Herr Schneider has to say:

“Ken Macbeth was visiting us to review the very first gig with his outstanding band FucketYbUcKetY on SUPERBOOTH17. In the audience there was also Marco Haas alias shitkatapult alias T.Raumschmiere who stated out sponaneously that he will only play again on Superbooth if-then together with this guy. So I asked them both to visit me in my office to talk and we (..they) did. We had a good laugh and compared a lot of thoughts, looking forward to SUPERBOOTH18 already.”

END OF WAITING 2 !

kenele_siteYesterday I had a call from our scottish friend Ken Macbeth to let me know, that this year all has been starting pretty good .. and .. that the first few finished ELEMENTS will be coming in right before the NAMM, now. So keep calm with spending money for other stuff, this synth could become the golden solution finally .. a better easel for your sounds?

Probably it will still need another two months until the most of your oders could have been fulfilled, but there is a good reason for hope to get it.

Macbeth Synthesizers..

kenele_siteIn a nice chat on the phone Mr. Ken Macbeth confirmed today that his next future product – the elements – is becoming more concrete soon. He released a few videos on his Video-Channel showing him playing around and having much fun with the final prototype; First shipments should happen before christmas (!!).
In his video collection I also found this long clip explaining the possibillities of a Micromac-D, but .. as an experienced keyboard player he is explaining his performance in a way that even if you dont wish to buy it – watch it to learn more about the possibilities and sounds of such an analogue synth in general, thank you Ken!

Well done, ken!

Musikmesse_2014_xMister (ken) Macbeth was introducing a new Synth called elements in the prototype stage on Musikmesse Frankfurt here. We had a very nice time also with all the other manufacuturers and nice new and old products they made. To learn more please search the web for all the videos, pictures, movies and comments, we ourselves did not have the time, yet to make publish someting like that – except this.

Ken has left the building now, were looking forward to uninstall the rest.

Musikmesse Frankfurt

NAMM_Buchla_Easle-editorThis week the Musikmesse in Frankfurt will open the doors again. After it is mainly a business event where retailers meet their distributors for violins and humba bumba taeteraeae .. a SUPERBOOTH as known from SchneidersBuero years ago will not happen again in 2014. Instead of this there will be a presentation of the ALEX4 distribution that is realizing sales with interested and hopefully competent retail businesses all over europe.
ALEX4 is working for Doepfer, Buchla, MFB, and others mostly based in europe themselves .. theres a few interesting new entries such as KOMA elektronik and Verbos electronics. Buchla promised to show their W-Lan connection for the Music Easel (see pic) on Thursday and Friday at least, Marc Verbos will introduce his completely new modular series all days, Ken Macbeth will show up with some prototypes on Friday and Koma will show you how to party with smart pedals all days, too. Following good traditions there will be good drinks for good buyers.

not Just an EASEL in 5.1, C54!

An EASEL is an EASEL (not an easle) and it seems like some few of them could be shipping to europe soon. Also Buchla will be exhibiting on Musikmesse in Frankfurt again together with Doepfer, MFB, Haken, Manikin, Kenton, Vermona, Intellijel, Studio Electronics, KOMA, Rebel Tech, Macbeth studiosystems and finally Verbos electronics (tbc) with ALEX4 in Hall 5.1 booth C54.  Follow the links or join the show to learn more about their news and classics; youre very welcome.

Macbeth on Demo..

We really have a very first of the Macbeth Micromacs for a test in our showroom, now. The sales models will be coming quite soon, so .. if you are on the (long) waiting list already, it could happen soon that we get back to you, if you are not, check it out these days if this is a one for you or not
The desktop versions with Midi will still take a bit so please keep being informed this way.

Micromac update:

micromac_r_dKen Macbeth was giving us an update on the upcoming supersynth called Micromac today: There will be two versions, one for the modular eurorack (Micromac-R) and one more expensive desktop version (Micromac-D) probably both coming in around July/August 2012.
The DT model will have two LFOs instead of one and even more extra features, it will be cased and come with an external AC power supply.
The modular Version will have the unbelievable size of 57HP (!!),  is equipped for the standard doepfer A-100 power supply and finally .. for the extra features of the DT version Ken is planning an additional breakout box for the modular that should be released later on.
We are very much looking forward to get our little portion of them in, for both models we started to collect pre-reservations already, if you really think about getting one of them, you better do that now.

Scottish Repairs

Our dear friend Ken Macbeth did let us know today that remaining repair issues could have been cleared and returned to us now.

Speedy times ..

s1frontEverything is fast, everybody wants to have stuff and quick and fast n SOFORT?
Were sorry, but some things will never happen as you as our clients could think. I guess my friend Ken Macbeth is one those who will ship for sure, we just dont know when. Another friend of us Senior Cwejman will now finish another batch of his brilliant S1 halfmodular synth and we will have them end of January probably. And because it is a one mans company he will not do nothing else until this job will be done. So if you are on one of his waiting lists for more modular components, please wait in patience: We have NOT forgotten you and we will definitely get back to you as soon as we will know about their soon arrival ..

.. and have a nice christmas !
